Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the jewelry in its original Thai Gold presentation box and use a padded envelope to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return package.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
